These lyrics exemplify the type of community we aim to foster in Shenanigan. The friendships that have been made through SHE are friendships that will last a lifetime and it's only the beginning. Our discord has only been active 1 year 2 months and looks at all we have accomplished. In the past couple of months, we have been on a rollercoaster all the way up past $1 and back down to 6 cents. Rollercoasters are always less scary when you're with your friends.

Playbook!
We are firing on all cylinders and have a lot of things in the works for you all so this is gonna be a condensed look into our playbook!
Gitcoin grant
Grant round 10 started 6/17/2021! Donate $Pan to get your donations matched so we can boost to the moon. We are meeting as a team on Thursday to discuss what's going to be done with the grant round funds. Once a decision is made the grant will be updated accordingly.
Dev work
Victor and Shax have been working on different facets of the dev tasks in our pipeline. They also worked on a custom Android solution for the React Native list component to handle multiple lists on the same page. Shax noticed some bugs in a couple of places where we can be more optimized and has been working on the live page as well as pushing PRs for the in-app chat styles.
Victor has a meeting with a dev agency this week to see about bringing more devs into the project. He has been working diligently on the Shweatpants/Alvin redistributions numbers so we know how much we need to give back. Additionally, he has been working on the scripts to reward liquidity providers.
Spirit Bomb
If you have been active within our Discord over the past couple of weeks you may have heard us talking about a Spirit Bomb. This Spirit Bomb consists of five components that we've been working on that will help push SHE to the next level.
1 Brand Book
Excuro asked the core team a series of brand positioning questions to ascertain how we view the project and where we want the project to go. This is the start of our rebrand, making sure that there is a clear directive of what we offer and how we do it.
2 Security Action Plan
Our very diligent Kilgore has brought up enacting a security action plan to set a precedent on how we are going to audit code and protect everyone's assets in $PRTCLE. A part of that action plan involves deploying code to Rinkeby for testing before it gets deployed to xDai.
3 Document overhaul / Pinkest of papers
Kitty, Kilgore, and Scone have been working on The Glossary, getting our documents centralized, and making sure all our information is coordinated. With the introduction of our brand book, we are looking to add this information to the pink paper, which is meant to lay out who and what SHE is, as we head into v3.
4 Video
Over the past few weeks Monkeyman, Victor, Tiffany, and Scone have been working on getting our video made for the website. Scone and Victor tackled different iterations of the scripts until we settled on the one we have now. With the script finished we got it over to Tiffany for timing and sent it to Monkeyman. We are meeting today 6/16/21 to lock things in so we can start production!
5 Shweatpants Resolution
Victor has been working on a script that goes through and gathers the information from the events of the Shweatpants contract in order to get all of the account balance numbers so that we can accurately return all the funds that have been lost. As soon as updates are made we will be making announcements to keep you all up to date on the next steps.
