With each iteration of SHE, we have revamped our logo to fit that new structure. Excuro has designed for us new logos to represent the shenanigan ethos. If you look at the 3 vertical lines there are reminiscent of a podium. One variation of our new logo is on the righthand side. You will find more use cases in the brand book.
App Design - 7/20/21
We have built our ecosystem for mobile platforms because it enables our community to take SHE with them wherever they go. We believe that a mobile front-end Web3 app is the way of the future. This presentation represents 95% of our app, and how we are going to frame it for full release.
Wiki- 7/22/21
Read before the Pink Paper to truly get the full grasp of the document.
Kitty has collected and refined our entire project documentation in order to align our current wiki with our new standards of Shenanigan. “A central point of knowledge for everything Shenanigan,” as he would say. If Shenanigan is your first DAO, we want you to be able to navigate not only our token, but other projects as well.
Pink paper 7/21/21
Almost every project in the Web 3 space has a white paper--a guide that informs readers about the complex interactions of a project, as well as that project's overarching philosophy.
Kilgore has created a visually-oriented "Pink Paper", which outlines the goals, architecture, and technology behind SHΞ, and what we offer as a product. The Pink Paper is designed to be a top-down view of Shenanigan as a whole, as well as an entry point for new and existing users to align themselves with our goals and challenges.
Brand book 7/30/21 (delayed)
We have been collaborating with Excuro in order to carve out our Brand Book. For those who don’t know, the purpose of a brand book is to define our aesthetic, fonts, logo, and formatting, as well as to convey an understanding of how and why we use our imagery. This guide will set a precedent for how our designs are implemented.
Introductory Video 7/30/21 (delayed)
Web3 can be hard to grasp. We have put together an amazing animated video to showcase the features SHE offers Dathletes and Fans. Utilizing our new assets, it will hopefully help SHE share it’s message with the world.
Scone and Victor developed a script for an animated video to show prospective investors. We have recruited Tiffany Brevard to perform and record the voiceover. Monkeyman is in the final stages of constructing our video and overlaying Tiffany’s voice with his animations to bring Shenanigan’s narrative to animated form.
Pants contracts 7/23/21
As a brief recap, Dripp was compromised due to our irresponsibility in leaving ownership delegated to a single address. We have been working diligently and tirelessly to make sure that we get all the affected addresses correct, and the accurate amount of SHWEATPANTS allocated to those accounts. Control of the new Pants contract has been assigned to the Shenanigan DAO minion, which requires a proposal and snapshot vote to access. We have also used a direct import of an OpenZeppelin ERC20 to ensure security this time around.

See the first SHEiP, SHEiP-1 in action
A **Security Action Protocol** has been drafted and enacted to secure our infrastructure as a whole, as well as to protect everyone’s assets.
The first step of the SAP is to delegate more governance to our community members and to do that we have initiated a proposal system called **SHEiP** (SHE Improvement Protocol). These iPs will help improve the Shenanigan platform through community-driven proposals that we believe will improve the transparency and egalitarian ethic of SHE. We are looking at ways for the community to feel valued, and our SHEiP system intends to better include them into the decision-making process. To define an explicit proposal process for Shenanigan improvements
Shenanigan has built its entire CRM through github/zenhub, so naturally SHEiPs will utilize the same interface. Github integrates well with SHE’s SourceCred instance and provides direct incentive to write better proposals. Finalized proposals are directly rewarded with $PRTCLE! Submit an issue to open a Draft SHEiP and editors will move you along through the process from Draft -> Snapshot Vote -> Final Proposal.
Our objectives with SHEiP are as follows:
To make it easy for community members to contribute to the development of the DAO
To encourage well thought out, high-value discussion about growing SHE
To provide a way to discover implementation standards accepted by the community
To provide a vehicle for community discussion around important topics
